Joyce Nganga
Lead Consultant
Public health and community engagement specialist with over 18 years of hands-on experience in policy advocacy, HIV prevention, and youth leadership development.
Expertise includes:
- Biomedical HIV prevention advocacy, with a strong focus on expanding prevention choice
- Organizing and co-leading regional forums, international conferences, and multi-stakeholder engagements
- Youth mentorship and leadership development within SRHR and HIV prevention
- Coordinating community engagement for clinical and implementation research, including CABs, FGDs, and demand-creation activities

Mavellitte Exchange Circle
The Mavellitte exchange circle is a vibrant space where international and local communities come together. Participants in our placement programs, known as Mavellittes, join hands with local residents for an afternoon of learning, cultural exchange, shared ideas, and joyful connection. It’s a time to celebrate diversity, build friendships, and have fun together.
